CHECK-IN POLICY

  • Check-in Time: 2.00p.m. Check-out Time: 12.00 p.m
  • If you wish for an early check-in, we advise that you book the room for the previous night. For late check-out, it is subject to room availability.

 

CHILDREN & EXTRA GUEST POLICY

  • Children below 12 years of age accepted at the Management's descretion
  • Children above 12 years old are considered as Adults
  • Infant 0 - 5 years, Stay for FREE if using existing bedding. 

 

GURANTEE POLICY

A valid credit card will be required upon booking.  Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.

CANCELLATIONS

This policy defines how to handle cancellations: If cancellation/amendment is made 24 hours prior to your arrival date, 50% of the total amount will be charged. If cancellation/amendment is made within 24 hours, full amount will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
